LULU BAKES is a business dedicated to local market needs. It empowers local leadership teams and creates value for our customers and consumers. The multi-local approach allows us to have efficient structures and empowers fast decision-making to address our local customers’ and consumers’ needs.
Hence, LULU Bakes is close to its customers and consumers with short supply chains and accelerated innovation response times. This improves the local management’s engagement and understanding of our clients and drives deeper customer relations
History
A passionate and entrepreneurial South Sudanese woman founded our story. LULU BAKES has grown from a small home-based bakery to a thriving business with a team of 7 dedicated members. Our team consists of five(5) talented female bakers, and marketing and sales male pastry chef, and one part-time delivery man. Six(6) of our members are full time employees
